Your program gave me the push I needed to start looking for money to help my business. I found a rebate program through my utility company that is going to give me at least $15,800.00 to do updates to the building to make it more energy efficient. Since I now know that it is possible, it is giving me more energy to look for more programs like this. I have a 28 unit apartment building built in 1952, and it needs a lot of attention. Finding grants and rebates is going to help me put money into it that I wouldn't do otherwise and is going to help me increase my cash-flow by raising the rents as improvements are made.
