We have all heard that there is government money available and thanks to you we now know where to look and how to find it. We are new landlords who have recently purchased a number of doors that need renovations. With your direction of what was available, our first project was a new furnace which we received government grants and this is just the beginning. Because of our new knowledge due to your training and by receiving your monthly Grant Locator we can keep current with what’s available.
